Order Processing Time
At Al Dubaia Cosmetics, we ensure every order is handled with care. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Belgium): 3 to 5 business days.
International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over 60€. For orders under 60€, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT/Customs) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Al Dubaia Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.
5. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at info@aldubaiacosmetics.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
