Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: Please do not send your item back before contacting us and receiving confirmation, as items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Info@aldubaiacosmetics.com with photos or a video of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Exceptions
Perishable & Personal Care Goods: Due to hygiene reasons, beauty and personal care products can only be returned if the safety seal remains intact and the product is unopened.
Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom Products: Personalized or special order items are not eligible for return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the product remains in its original, unopened condition.
Electrical Equipment & Machinery
Due to the technical nature of our electrical tools, we perform a quality inspection on all machinery prior to shipping.
The right of withdrawal is void if the product has been unsealed, powered on, or used.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered upon arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting video evidence.
Returns approved by our technical team for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
