​1. What should I do if my machine arrives and I don’t know how to operate it?

We are here to help! Please don’t attempt to disassemble or modify the machine. Contact our support team at info@aldubaiacosmetics.com and provide your order number. We will provide you with a video guide or technical instructions to help you get started safely.

​2. What should I do if I notice an issue with my machine upon delivery?

To ensure your rights are protected, please inspect your equipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide a short video demonstrating the issue so our technical team can review it and provide the appropriate solution.

​3. Can I return a machine if I change my mind?

Due to the technical nature of our equipment, we do not accept returns on machinery if the original seal has been broken, the machine has been powered on, or it has been used. ​4. Does my equipment come with a warranty?

Every machine undergoes a strict quality inspection before being shipped to ensure it is in perfect working order. While we do not offer long-term manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated on the product page, we stand behind the quality of our products.
